Breakfasts on the anti-inflammatory plan


  • Joanne’s muffin* (bake ahead and freeze, defrost night before)  + berries and melon
  • Scrambled eggs with garlic tops, mushrooms, green onions, cherry tomatoes;+ berries
  • Melon and toasted walnuts
  • Banana with almond butter

AND coffee with unsweetened soy milk

Better for leisurely weekend mornings:

  • Tomato-asparagus frittata* + fruit (bananas and strawberries and blueberries)
  • Fried eggs over caramelized onions, topped with salsa; avocado slices + half a grapefruit; mango slices
